All purchases made in bebedeparis-Baby Friendly Companies, S.L. are subject to the general purchase conditions illustrated in the present document.

I. Prices

All prices visible on our website include current VAT value (now being 21%), and they are valid for all purchases made by individuals and legal representatives resident in Spain as well as abroad.

II. Payment methods

You can pay for your purchases by: credit card, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

We accept all debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, 4B, Euro6000, Diners) and American Express.

However, if you do not wish to enter your card details online, you can contact us and make your payment over the phone at the following number: 02036 039 890

We will need your complete card number, the card's expiry date and the security code CVC (the 3 digits on the back of the card, except for American Express, where the security code corresponds to the 4 digits on the front of the card).

We would like to remind you that these data are strictly confidential and will only be used for processing payment. All operations will be carried out through the SERMEPA payment system online, which guarantees confidentiality of the data entered by our customers.

The purchase amount and the shipping costs will be charged to your card at the moment of payment.

Credit card fraud is a crime and Baby Friendly Companies will take legal action against all those who make fraudulent payments in our online shop.

IV. Warranty and product returns

The quality of bebedeparis-Baby Friendly Companies's products is guaranteed.

Warranty conditions.

Repair and replacement are free of charge for consumers and users. The present warranty covers costs related to repair of non-compliant products, especially shipping costs as well as labour and material costs. The consumer and user will have to inform the seller about product non-compliance within two months from the moment he became aware of it.

Returns policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 calendar days beginning with the day you receive the item. The consumer and user that contracts the service of bebedeparis- Baby Friendly Companies will be responsible for all costs related to returning the product or service.

Once the goods are back in our warehouse, and after verifying them, we will refund the items using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

VI. Personal data protection

Bebedeparis-Baby Friendly Companies is concerned about the confidentiality of the data our customers share with us.

In compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999 of December 13th on the protection of personal data, Baby Friendly Companies informs you that all personal data you provide us with will be included in an automated file for personal data, created and maintained under the responsibility of Baby Friendly Companies. The file mentioned above reads “Customers and suppliers of Baby Friendly Companies”, being Baby Friendly Companies responsible for the aforementioned file with registration number 2101870663 in the Spanish General Data Protection Registry.

The scope of the aforesaid file is to ease order processing and, with prior authorisation, send future commercial offers on products and services related to babies and gifts that can be of interest to our customers.

Baby Friendly Companies guarantees the safety and confidentiality of your personal data. It is committed to its obligation of personal data secrecy, and its duty of maintaining the data and adopting all the measures necessary in order to avoid data alteration, loss, and unauthorised treatment or use. Therefore, all information concerning our customers will never be used with commercial purposes nor passed on to third parties.

All customers of Baby Friendly Companies will be able to exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition any time by either addressing the Data Protection Responsible at Baby Friendly Companies, S.L., C/ Antonio Araguás, 3. 28232 Las Rozas (Madrid, Spain) by certified mail or by sending us an e-mail (with acknowledgment of receipt) at atencion_clientes@bebedeparis.es

When you provide your personal data, you will be registered as our customer and will receive an e-mail (at the address you indicated) with your username and password, the latter generated automatically. You can change your password any time. With your username and password, you can access your orders and benefit from promotions or stay informed on what is new at bebedeparis.  

VII. Legislation and jurisdiction

The present General Conditions are regulated by Spanish law. Upon acceptance of them, the parties submit to Spanish law for resolution of any conflicts that should arise and accept to give up any regional code of laws, courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence.  

At the same time, as entity adhering to CONFIANZA ONLINE and in the terms of its Ethical Code, in case of controversies concerning online trading and advertising, as well as protection of data and of minors, the user will be able to access CONFIANZA ONLINE's extrajudicial conflict resolution (www.confianzaonline.es).

The present General Conditions are to be interpreted in compliance with applicable Spanish law that will alternatively apply for all matters that are not included in these conditions.

VIII. Offer terms and validity

The prices indicated below each product correspond to RP (retail price) per unit. Shipping costs will have to be added to them as specified for each chosen destination and transport option.

Prices are shown in GBP. The prices and conditions indicated correspond to the current ones at every moment and they only apply to the open session.

On the order confirmation, the delivery time of the chosen hamper or basket is clearly indicated. A delivery confirmation is also sent by e-mail.

IX. Other

Should there be any typing error, alien at all times to the will of Baby Friendly Companies, we will correct it and, should the customer base a purchase decision upon a wrongly indicated or typed price, he will be given the chance to cancel his order with no additional costs or fees to him.

In case of punctual unavailability of an article, it will be replaced for another of equal or higher value. If you have any doubts please contact us.
